  • Send service communications, reminders, payment links, and customer-support messages.

How information is shared

We may share the minimum information needed with the assigned vessel owner or operator, selected captain and crew, payment processor, communications provider, marina, insurer, professional advisers, government authorities, and booked add-on vendors. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising and analytics providers may process device or cookie data as configured on the website.

Payments

Payment card details are generally collected by the payment processor and are not stored in full by BBC. BBC may receive transaction identifiers, card brand and last four digits, billing status, fraud signals, and dispute records.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential cookies for security and checkout, preference cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies. Browser settings may limit cookies, but some site functions may not work correctly. A cookie-consent tool should be used when optional analytics or advertising scripts are activated.

Text and email communications

Some operational records cannot be deleted while a booking, claim, payment dispute, tax obligation, or legal requirement remains open.

Children

The booking customer or parent/guardian must provide and authorize information required for minors. The website is not directed to children making bookings independently.
