A 50% deposit is required at checkout. Cancellation windows, deposit treatment, rescheduling rights, holiday rules, vendor costs, and no-show consequences can vary by vessel, captain, experience, and third-party add-on. The booking-specific terms shown before payment control.

Customer-requested changes

Date, time, duration, guest count, route, experience, or vessel changes are subject to availability and may change the total price. A requested change is not accepted until confirmed in writing.

Weather and operator decisions

Weather-related handling follows the Weather Policy and the assigned operator’s written terms. Do not treat personal concern about a forecast as an operator cancellation unless the trip is officially changed or cancelled.

Third-party add-ons

Decorations, catering, transportation, photography, chefs, DJs, flowers, and other vendors may have separate nonrefundable deadlines or costs once ordered.

No-shows and late arrivals

Trip time may continue to run from the confirmed start time. Late arrival, missing guests, parking delays, or failure to follow boarding instructions may reduce usable charter time and may not qualify for a refund.
