Guests must follow all safety briefings and instructions concerning boarding, movement, life jackets, swimming, fishing equipment, alcohol, weather, restricted areas, and emergency procedures.
Accurate guest information
The person booking must provide an accurate guest count and disclose children, mobility needs, relevant accessibility requests, and other information needed to select a suitable vessel. Never bring more guests than confirmed in writing.
Life jackets and swimming
Life-jacket requirements and swimming decisions depend on age, activity, conditions, local rules, and the captain’s direction. Swimming, water toys, sandbar access, and offshore activities may be restricted or cancelled for safety.
Fishing equipment and catch handling
Guests must use hooks, rods, knives, gaffs, live bait, and fish-handling equipment only as directed by the crew. Catch retention, handling, cleaning, and release remain subject to applicable rules and the captain’s instructions.
Alcohol and conduct
Unsafe, threatening, destructive, or severely intoxicated behavior may cause the activity to be limited or ended under the operator’s terms. Illegal substances and unlawful conduct are prohibited.
Medical and emergency needs
Tell the booking team about important accessibility or medical accommodation requests before confirmation. For an emergency during a trip, notify the crew immediately and follow their directions.
